여러분이 차지할 땅은 여러분이 살았던 이집트와 같지 않소.

이집트에서는 채소밭에 씨를 심고 물을 주느라 밭을 많이 움직였소.

그러나 여러분이 건너가 차지할 땅은 언덕과 골짜기의 땅이오.

그 땅은 하늘에서 내리는 빗물로 물을 대며

여러분 하나님 여호와께서 돌보시는 땅이오.

또한 한해가 시작할 때부터 끝날 때까지 여러분의 하나님 여호와께서 언제나 보살펴 주시는 땅이오.

For the land you are about to enter and take over is not like the land of Egypt from which you came,

where you planted your seed and made irrigation ditches with your foot as in a vegetable garden.

Rather, the land you will soon take over is a land of hills and valleys with plenty of rain

a land that the LORD your God cares for.

He watches over it through each season of the year!
